The Cimarron Parkway Facility was burglarized the morning of Saturday, July 1, 2017, between the hours of 12:45am to 3:12am. The burglar is a white male. He has a recognizable tatoo on his left calf. If you recognize the person in the pictures below please call the Memorial Parkway office at 281-492-2949.
Our next HOA Board meeting will be Tuesday, July 11th at 7pm in the MPCA Clubhouse. All homeowners are welcome to attend the meeting. The agenda for the meeting can be found here.
One of our major projects budgeted for this year was a new aluminum shade structure at Highland Knolls Pool complex to replace the old wooden pergula structure. After the new aluminum sturcture was completed the Highland Knolls building itself needed so hardy replaced and the whole building was repaint. We are very please with the finished project. We hope you enjoy it the next time you are at the pool!!

Memorial Parkway Community Association has a job opening for a Deed Restriction Driver. The position requires a person who is capable of driving the neighborhood in their own vehicle and inspecting homes for possible deed restriction violations according to the HOA governing documents. The person will log and photograph the violation and turn in the report to the MPCA Office. This position is a part time position usually about 20 hours every other week (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday).
