2019 HOA Dues

The 2019 Maintenance Fee of $375, is due by January 1, 2019. If you are not able to pay the total amount due, you may come to the office to get on a payment plan. Playment plans will consist of 3 monthly payments of $125. At this time, there is no cost to get on a payment plan. After December 20, 2018, there will be a charge of $35 to get on a payment plan.  Any account not paid before January 31, 2019, will incur a late fee of $35 on February 1, 2019 and a finance charge of 10%.  You may view your account via the homeowner portal on our website at mphoa.org.
