Join us for a fun morning at the clubhouse! The annual EGG HUNT will be Saturday, March 24, 2018 from 10am-11am at the Cimarron Parkway clubhouse. Children up to 5th grade can participate in hunting eggs, snacks, prizes, and other activities.
The Mobile Vet Clinic provides cost-effective pet care for your furry friends. They offer a full line of canine and feline vaccinations, along with medicine, diagnostics, and wellness examinations. They will be at the Cimarron Clubhouse Wednesday, March 21st from 4pm to 7pm.

Her story telling fosters and develops toddler’s personal, social, motor and literacy skills through music, finger play, art and storytelling. Newbies we always love to teach you how to play. Such easy games and some great prizes, but the fun of getting together for great food and great new friends is the best part. We play the first Thursday of each month at the same location and time.

Today is the last day to pay your 2018 HOA Dues without a late charge. You can pay in the office with check or money order. You can pay online with a credit card or ACH payment through the homeowner portal on our website at mphoa.org. You will have to create a new account due to the fact the portal is new. You can find your account number on your October statement.

We saw a lot of great lights through out the neighborhood last night. It was really difficult to narrow down the winners. Join your neighbors for a night out at the clubhouse! Friday, February 9, 2018 The HOA would like you to join us for dinner and bingo! We will serve food at 6:30pm and begin BINGO at 7pm. We will play 20 games, which usually takes about 2 hours. Bingo is for residents over the age of 18 years old. This is an adult only event and space is limited to 60 people. Santa's Elves will be driving through Memorial Parkway looking for the best Christmas Light Display. The winners of the 6 prize categories will receive a prize. To participate, please be sure your lights are turned on from 7pm to 10pm on Tuesday, December 19, 2017. We need more Elves to help judge the Christmas Lights. If you would like to volunteer please comment here or call the office at 281-492-2949.
A statement along with the annual letter was mailed out to all homeowners in October. If you did not receive a letter in the mail, please contact the office immediately. We are happy to announce that the 2018 HOA Dues will remain the same as last year. The 2018 Maintenance Fee of $375, is due by January 1, 2018. Any account not paid before January 31, 2018 will incur a late fee of $35 on February 1st and a finance charge of 10% per month.
Payment plans are available in the office. Plans will consist of 3 monthly payments (December-$125 down payment, January-$125, and February-$125). You must come into the office prior to December 20, 2018 to get on a payment plan at no charge. After December 20th, there is a $35 charge to get on a payment plan.
