The Board of Directors meets in the Memorial Parkway Clubhouse (21600 Cimarron Parkway) on the first Tuesday of every month at 7pm. The meeting is open to all members of the Association. The Board is only required by the State to have ONE meeting per year, but MP has always had monthly meetings so that they can be more accessible to the members that they serve. We are happy to announce that the Cimarron Park equipment has been ordered. We have ordered 20x20 metal shade structure/pavilion, a 2-5 age playground, a 5-12 age playground, a bucket spinner, and a spin max tower. We have been told to expect 4-6 weeks for equipment to come in then several weeks for installation. The company stated to expect a 10 week completion time. We are hoping that park will be ready for the egg hunt April 13th!!
Join your neighbors for a night out at the clubhouse! Friday, February 8, 2019. We would like you to join us for dinner and bingo! We will serve food at 6:30pm and begin BINGO at 7pm. We will play 20 games, which usually takes about 2 hours. Bingo is for residents over the age of 18 years old. This is an adult only event and space is limited to 60 people. Newbies we always love to teach you how to play. Such easy games and some great prizes, but the fun of getting together for great food and great new friends is the best part. We play the first Thursday of each month at the same location and time.

There will be a focus group meeting to get feed back on playground/park bids Tuesday, January 15th at 7pm in the Cimarron Parkway Clubhouse. All are welcome to attend.

The 2019 Maintenance Fee of $375, is due by January 1, 2019. If you are not able to pay the total amount due, you may come to the office to get on a payment plan. Playment plans will consist of 3 monthly payments of $125. At this time, there is no cost to get on a payment plan. After December 20, 2018, there will be a charge of $35 to get on a payment plan. Any account not paid before January 31, 2019, will incur a late fee of $35 on February 1, 2019 and a finance charge of 10%. You may view your account via the homeowner portal on our website at mphoa.org. Please contact the office if you should have any questions in regards to your account.

The MPCA office will close early on Wednesday, November 21st and be closed all day on Thursday and Friday, November 22-23rd for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Calling all elves! Santa will be coming through Memorial Parkway on Saturday, December 22nd in a neighborhood parade at high noon! He'll be reviewing his List while riding through Park Brush, Park York, Park Meadow and Cimarron on his way to the Memorial Parkway Clubhouse for a wee snack before heading back to the North Pole. Please reach out to the HOA office if you'd like more information on participating in the parade with your local organization!
Are you excited to bake and taste all the delicious cookies that the holidays bring? We will have a Neighborhood Cookie Exchange after the parade at the Memorial Parkway Clubhouse! Please drop off your best family recipe cookies in a set of at least two dozen for a festive neighborhood exchange of merriment! We'd like to have the cookies by 10am; have cookies with nuts or common allergens identified, if possible. Santa may stay a little longer for photos, if the kids are on the "Nice" list!
Santa's Elves will be driving through Memorial Parkway looking for the best Christmas Lights Display. The top 5 winners will receive a prize! To participate, please be sure your lights are turned on from 7pm to 10pm, Tuesday, December 18th! If you would like to give us a suggestion, please nominate your favorites!!

At the Annual Meeting last night the Board Election was held for the two 3-year open positions on the Board. Congratulations to Michael Smyth and Charles Herring for being re-elected to the Memorial Parkway Board of Directors.
