Memorial Parkway Community Association Board Meeting

The Board of Directors will meet in the Memorial Parkway Clubhouse (21600 Cimarron Parkway) on the Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 7pm. The meeting is open to all members of the Association. Please see the link to a PDF of the Meeting Agenda 

An elected Board of 5 Directors manage the affairs of the HOA. Each of the Directors is elected for a 3-year term. The 5 Board positions are staggered in rotation meaning every year there is at least one Board position up for re-election.

An election will be held at the 2024 Annual Meeting of Members on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 for two (2) positions available on the Board of Directors starting January 1, 2025. The candidates elected will serve for a term of three (3) years.

James E. Taylor High School Marching Band is coming to our neighborhood this Saturday, August 17, 2024, at 8 AM the JET Band will be on the march, visiting Nottingham Country (2 separate routes), Barker's Landing, Memorial Parkway, Oak Park Trails, and Westgreen Park subdivisions!

Your Memorial Parkway Community needs YOU! We need volunteers to offer their talents in a variety of roles to help support our HOA functions and activities. If you value the events and services that our HOA offers, please consider volunteering so that we may continue to serve our great community! We are looking for volunteers for the Grounds, Recreation, Facilities, Architectural Control and Security committees. If you would like to volunteer, please come to our meeting on the 3rd Tuesdays of the month at 7pm in the Memorial Parkway Clubhouse to learn more about the needs of these committees.

Great News!! Harris County is in our subdivision cleaning up all tree debris placed at the curbs. Clean up is now in process. If your home needs a pickup please contact HC Pct. 4 at (832)927-4444.

Dive In Movie Night 

Your Memorial Parkway Community needs YOU! We need volunteers to offer their talents in a variety of roles to help support our HOA functions and activities. If you value the events and services that our HOA offers, please consider volunteering so that we may continue to serve our great community! We are looking for volunteers for the Grounds, Recreation, Facilities, Architectural Control and Security committees. If you would like to volunteer, please come to our meeting on the 3rd Tuesdays of the month at 7pm in the Memorial Parkway Clubhouse to learn more about the needs of these committees. We will have our budget workshop at this meeting. 

Harris County Pct. 4 will be in our subdivision in approximately one to two weeks for vegetative debris pick up.  Please review the attached debris separation categories.  Also, besure all items are placed at the curb in the county right of way.  Household trash pick up for residents in MUD81 please visit https://best-trash.com/ and for residents in Memorial MUD please visit https://gflenv.com/ to receive up to date information about your trash service. 

The Cimarron Pool is open and back on schedule.  The Highland Knolls Pool is also open and back on schedule.
