Special Meeting: Financial Actuals Review and Authorization to Open Accounts

Dear Memorial Parkway Homeowners,

A Special Meeting of the Membership is scheduled for Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Clubhouse, 21600 Cimarron Parkway.

For member convenience, the meeting will also be available via Zoom. The link will be updated later in this notice.

1. Treasurer’s report: presentation of current financials (actuals) for the Association

2. Discussion and vote on bank accounts necessary to transition the Association to self-management

3. Authorization for designated officers to execute and sign all documents required to open those accounts
