"Open Door Policy"

We want you to know that we have an "open door policy" for our homeowners. The five Board Members are elected homeowners who represent all the homeowners of MP. We have open meetings the first Tuesday of every month. The agendas for the meetings are posted on the website. We do have a lot of business to get to each month so we usually can only dedicate 30 minutes for residents questions. We have a office inside the neighborhood open 9am-5pm M-F, the office staff can also address questions and concerns that you may have.

We do schedule private meetings with homeowners throughout the month depending on the need. If you have a questions concerning how we operate/conduct business, on finances/budget, or policy procedures there are several different ways to go about getting explanations and answers to your questions. If it is a few simple questions, you can call the office or stop by the office. If you think it may take a while, we can schedule a specific time to dedicate to getting you the answers you are looking for.

The Board is the elected body that votes on issues, contracts, expenditures for the neighborhood. Think of it like a city council.

If you have a concrete suggestion for how we can be more transparent, visible, accessible or maybe something you would like to see implemented in the neighborhood, please send us a email. We will research it and put it on the agenda for the next meeting.
