Community Association Board Meeting

The Board of Directors meets in the Memorial Parkway Clubhouse (21600 Cimarron Parkway) on the first Tuesday of every month at 7pm. The meeting is open to all members of the Association. Our monthly board meeting, will be Tuesday, January 3, 2023. Please see the link to a PDF of the Meeting Agenda. 

Reminder: 2023 HOA Annual Assessment is due by January 1, 2023. Friday, December 16th is the last day to get on a payment plan without a payment plan set up fee.
