Goodwin Welcome Letter

Good afternoon Memorial Parkway residents! 

It has been brought to my attention that there was an error on the welcome letter sent by Goodwin & Co. that has caused some confusion. The assessment amount for the 2025 association dues is $425 NOT $1,425. 

Please also note you will not have to repay your assessments to the management company if the dues for 2025 have already been paid to Memorial Parkway. 

We apologize for the error and are working to correct the welcome letter to reflect the correct amount.
