2018 HOA Dues

    A statement along with the annual letter was mailed out to all homeowners in October. If you did not receive a letter in the mail, please contact the office immediately. We are happy to announce that the 2018 HOA Dues will remain the same as last year. The 2018 Maintenance Fee of $375, is due by January 1, 2018. Any account not paid before January 31, 2018 will incur a late fee of $35 on February 1^st and a finance charge of 10% per month.

    Payment plans are available in the office. Plans will consist of 3 monthly payments (December-$125 down payment, January-$125, and February-$125). You must come into the office prior to December 20, 2018 to get on a payment plan at no charge. After December 20^th, there is a $35 charge to get on a payment plan. 

   You may pay your HOA Dues in the Memorial Parkway office by check or money order. You may login to the Homeowner Portal to pay with a credit card or ACH payment. There are fees associated with paying online.
