Good Morning,

We are so glad to see the sun shining on our beautiful neighborhood. We are very thankful that Memorial Parkway was spared from the major flooding and devastation that our area has received over the last several days. 

Due to the impending Hurricane,  TAE Management has determined that for the safety of the staff that all pools will be closed for the weekend. (Saturday and Sunday).  Due to liability and safety of staff and patrons we feel that it is necessary to secure all furniture , umbrellas , trash cans etc. and close the pools until the storm passes and all flooding has gone down.  

We are beginning storing furniture at pools today and will have everything stored by the end of the day Friday

The September Board Meeting will be held Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 7pm in the Memorial Parkway Clubhouse located at 21600 Cimarron Parkway, Katy TX 77450. The meeting is open to all members of the Association. Major topics to be discussed are approving the 2017-2018 Annual Budget and setting the 2018 HOA Dues. See the agenda for the meeting here. 

Sign up to HOST your STREET!! Tuesday, October 3, 2017

National Night Out is a great opportunity for citizens and law enforcement to partner up against crime. We invite you to host a get together for your street! Meet your neighbors and commit to helping law enforcement reduce crime in your community.

During the event, residents in neighborhood and across the nation are asked to turn on their porch lights, lock their doors and spend the evening outside with their neighbors, police officers, firefighters and EMS paramedics. Events such as cookouts, block parties and neighborhood walks will all occur simultaneously throughout Memorial Parkway.

You can join the National Night Out event by:
1.Getting all of your neighbors to turn on their porch lights
2. Organizing a block party or some type of event for your street.

Memorial Parkway Budget Meeting for the upcoming year will be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at 7pm at the Cimarron Parkway Clubhouse. This will be a working budget meeting. The Board will be discussing the budget and reviewing the finances amongst themselves. The meeting is open to all Memorial Parkway Members, although members will be present to listen to the discussion only.  Due to time constraits, the audience will not be able to actively partake in the discussion while the Board is going through the Budget. 

Every year Memorial Parkway has board positions that become open due to a 3 year term rotation. For 2018, there is one term that is up for re-election. Due to the resignation of a current Board member, the runner up in the election will fill the remaining term of the vacant Board seat. If you would like run for the Board of Directors position, you must submit your intentions to the Memorial Parkway Office by Friday, August 18, 2017. For more information please call 281-492-2949.

The Cimarron Parkway Facility was burglarized the morning of Saturday, July 1, 2017, between the hours of 12:45am to 3:12am. The burglar is a white male. He has a recognizable tatoo on his left calf. If you recognize the person in the pictures below please call the Memorial Parkway office at 281-492-2949. 

Our next HOA Board meeting will be Tuesday, July 11th at 7pm in the MPCA Clubhouse. All homeowners are welcome to attend the meeting. The agenda for the meeting can be found here.

Happy Fourth of July

One of our major projects budgeted for this year was a new aluminum shade structure at Highland Knolls Pool complex to replace the old wooden pergula structure. After the new aluminum sturcture was completed the Highland Knolls building itself needed so hardy replaced and the whole building was repaint. We are very please with the finished project. We hope you enjoy it the next time you are at the pool!!
