The Memorial Parkway Community Center is a place where community events and private parties are held. There is a large meeting room, a basic kitchen, ice machine and tables and chairs.
The clubhouse may only be rented by Memorial Parkway residents, currently in good standing with the association (residency status will be verified) for the purpose of private parties/gatherings. Rentals by non-residents are prohibited.
The rental rate is $100 for a half day and $200 for a full day, plus a $275 damage/cleaning deposit. Reservations must be made in person at the MPCA Office. Rental fee and deposit along with the signed rental agreement must be submitted in order for the reservation to be securred. Reservations are made on a first come first serve basis. Call the office at 281-492-2949 to check availability.
Starting October 1, 2023 there is a small rate increase for the rental fees.
