  3. Board Action: Set New Date/Time/Location for the Postponed Monthly Board Meeting

    Motion: “Move to reschedule the postponed monthly Board meeting to February 10, 2026 at 7:00pm at 21600 Cimarron Parkway, Katy, TX 77450.”

  4. Board Action: Approve the Agenda for the Rescheduled Monthly Board Meeting
    Motion: “Move to approve the agenda titled ‘Rescheduled Monthly Board Meeting – February 10, 2026.”
  5. Adjournment
