Thank you to all the homeowners who took the time to fill out a proxy and/or attend our Annual Meeting. We were very please to meet our quorum for the Annual Meeting. We had 318 homeowners fill out a proxy or vote in person at the Annual Meeting. Of those 318, 70 proxies were filled out for 'quorum only'.
We are happy to announce that William Pongrass was re-elected to a second three year term and Michael Olsen is our newly elected board member. We greatly appreciate all four homeowners volunteering to run for the two open positions that were open this year. We want to take this opportunity to thank Doug White for the many years of service and dedication to the HOA Board.
The vote results are as follows:
Michael Olsen 136 votes
William Pongrass 121 votes
Patricia Uzzi and Doug White 79 votes
The minutes from the Annual Meeting will be posted under the minutes section after they are approved at the December 6, 2016 Board Meeting.
