Hurricane Harvey Storm Debris Separation and Removal
Harris County MUD No. 81’s garbage provider, Best Trash, generally does not collect storm debris. Instead, storm debris is collected by Harris County through its debris removal program. Storm debris should be separated from your household garbage and placed in front of your home between the curb and the sidewalk as shown here:http://harrisrecovery.org/wp-content/uploads/Debris-Collection-Information-and-Instructions.jpg. For more information on storm debris separation and removal, please contact Harris County’s Residential Debris and Damage Assessment Hotline at (713) 274-3880, or visit http://harrisrecovery.org/debris-removal/.
An elected Board of 5 Directors manage the affairs of the HOA. Each of the Directors is elected for a 3-year term. For 2018, there will be one Board position open for re-election. From the MUD #81 Office: Sanitary Sewer Restriction Notice
We have a request from HC MUD #81 and Memorial Mud. A pipe line has been compromised at the Cinco Water Regional Plant. For the time being ONLY use sanitary sewer for restroom facility purposes. DO NOT use extra water/sanitary sewer for SHOWERS, BATHS, LAUNDRY, DISHWASHERS. The water is still safe to drink this is a sewage issue not water issue.

We are so glad to see the sun shining on our beautiful neighborhood. We are very thankful that Memorial Parkway was spared from the major flooding and devastation that our area has received over the last several days.
Due to the impending Hurricane, TAE Management has determined that for the safety of the staff that all pools will be closed for the weekend. (Saturday and Sunday). Due to liability and safety of staff and patrons we feel that it is necessary to secure all furniture , umbrellas , trash cans etc. and close the pools until the storm passes and all flooding has gone down.
We are beginning storing furniture at pools today and will have everything stored by the end of the day Friday
